私のようなロック畑の人間からすれば、テクノの執拗なまでの、単調なビートの繰り返しがしばしば退屈に感じられてしまい、そのときの体調によっては一刻もその場から立ち去りたいと思ってしまうことさえあるのだ、正直に言ってしまえば。しかし、私にとって、それを感じさせない例外的アーティストが3人、否、正確に言えば3組、存在している。その3組とは言うまでもなく／裏を返せばこれまで私が何度も言ってきたように、UNDERWORLD、RICHIE HAWTIN、そして、perfume、である。
